How far in advance do I need to book?
Book at least 2 hours before pickup. For weddings, proms and large groups we recommend booking several weeks ahead.
When am I charged?
The full fare is charged when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If the payment is declined, the ride is not booked.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancelling 12–24 hours before costs 25% of the fare, 6–12 hours before costs 50%, and under 6 hours or a no-show is charged in full.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is not included in the fare and is at your discretion.
Which airports do you serve?
LAX, Hollywood Burbank (BUR), John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB) and Ontario (ONT). We track your flight and adjust pickup if it lands early or late.
Do you have stretch limousines?
No. Our limo service runs black sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class), SUVs (Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade) and Mercedes Sprinter vans for up to 12 passengers, each with a professional chauffeur.
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in Los Angeles and Orange County. We also drive long-distance trips to Las Vegas, San Diego and Santa Barbara.
