Do you offer monthly invoicing for companies?
Yes. A corporate account gets one monthly invoice with every ride listed, so your team does not have to submit individual card receipts. Request an account with the form on this page and we set up billing with you.
Can I book rides for colleagues, clients or candidates?
Yes. Book the ride with the traveler’s name and phone number as the passenger, and add the flight number for airport pickups. The chauffeur contacts the traveler directly and meets them with a name sign.
How do we pay before the account is set up?
You can book right away with a company card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the fixed fare is charged when you book. Once the account is active, rides move to the monthly invoice.
Can you handle a team arriving at LAX on different flights?
Yes. Book one ride per flight so each traveler gets flight tracking and their own pickup time, or book a Sprinter van by the hour for a group landing together. Airport pickups include free wait time: 60 minutes for international flights and 30 for domestic.
Do you cover roadshows and full days of meetings?
Book a car by the hour (2-hour minimum) and the chauffeur stays with you between stops across Los Angeles and Orange County, from Downtown and Century City to Irvine. Add the stops to the booking so the route is planned in advance.
Which cars are available for business travel?
Business Class sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar) for one to three travelers, Business SUVs (Chevrolet Suburban or similar) for up to six with luggage, First Class (Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes S-Class or similar) for VIP guests, and Sprinter vans for groups up to 12.
