Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties by the hour
The rate is for the vehicle, not per guest. Four hours fits dinner and a couple of bars, six adds a pre-party and staggered drop-offs, eight covers a wine country day. The Sprinter starts at 3 hours.
Live rates. The exact fixed price for your trip is shown before you pay, with no surge pricing.
Which car fits your group
Count heads first: it decides the vehicle, and the vehicle sets the hourly rate.
Sprinter van, 7 to 12 guests
The only way to keep a group of this size in one vehicle, so nobody ends up in a second car or waiting on a rideshare. Booked by the hour with a 3-hour minimum, and the usual pick for bar crawls and wine country days.
Business SUV, up to 6
A Chevrolet Suburban or similar with room for six people and their bags. It handles narrow hillside streets better than the van, which helps if your rental is up in the Hollywood Hills or Laurel Canyon.
First Class, up to 6
A Cadillac Escalade or similar for a smaller party that wants the nicer ride, or for the bride or groom’s arrival at dinner before the rest of the group joins.
Party plans that work well by the hour
Mix and match. Every stop fits inside one booking as long as the hours cover it.
- Brunch in West Hollywood, then the bars and dance clubs along Santa Monica Boulevard after dark
- Dinner in Beverly Hills, then the Sunset Strip and the clubs around Hollywood Boulevard
- Rooftop bars and a late dinner in Downtown LA
- A Malibu day: lunch on the coast, a tasting room in the canyons, sunset on PCH
- Temecula wine country, about 90 minutes south on the I-15
- Solvang and the Santa Ynez Valley for a longer wine day up the 101
- A spa morning in Beverly Hills or Santa Monica before the evening plans
- Golf in the morning and a Dodgers or Lakers game at night
- A comedy show on the Sunset Strip before the first bar
- A one-way ride to Palm Springs for a pool weekend, about two hours east on the I-10
How a party booking runs
- 1
Send the rough plan
Book the hours and the first pickup address, then add stops and timing in the notes. Something like “dinner at 7, bars after, home by 2” is enough to start.
- 2
The car arrives first
Your chauffeur is there 15 minutes early in a vehicle detailed that day, with bottled water, phone chargers and Wi-Fi. Decorations and champagne for guests 21 and over are arranged in advance if you ask when booking.
- 3
Text between stops
While you’re inside, the chauffeur waits nearby with the car. When the group is ready to move on, send a text and the car comes around to the agreed spot.
- 4
Drop everyone off
If guests are staying in different places, list the drop-offs in order. The ride home is part of your booked hours, so leave time for it.
Las Vegas, Palm Springs and other trips out of town
For a weekend away, we drive the group from your door anywhere in Los Angeles or Orange County to the destination. Las Vegas is about 270 miles on the I-15, roughly four hours in normal traffic and often longer if you leave on a Friday afternoon. Palm Springs is about two hours east and San Diego about two hours south.
Up to six guests ride one-way at a fixed price in a Business SUV or First Class car. Groups of seven to twelve take the Sprinter, booked by the hour. Pickups are in LA and Orange County only, so plan a separate way home from the destination.
Before you book
- Confirm the headcount early: the Sprinter is the only vehicle that seats more than six.
- Gather at one address if you can. Collecting guests from several homes uses up party time.
- Keeping the car a surprise? Say so in the notes so the chauffeur can plan the pickup around it.
- Weekend traffic in Hollywood and West Hollywood is slow, so allow more time between stops than the map shows.
- Plans changed? Cancelling 24 or more hours before pickup costs nothing.

Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties questions
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp or call (213) 376-1699.
How many people fit in a bachelorette party van in Los Angeles?
The Sprinter van seats up to 12 and is booked by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. For six or fewer, a Business SUV or First Class car costs less and is easier to stop near busy bars. We don’t run anything bigger than the Sprinter, so a group over 12 needs a second booking.
Can you decorate the car for the bride or groom?
Yes, car decorations can be arranged on request. Mention the theme or colors in the booking notes so everything is ready before the chauffeur leaves for your pickup.
Can you have champagne in the car for the bachelorette group?
Champagne can be arranged on request for guests 21 and over. Add it to the booking notes along with the pickup time, and tell us if anyone in the group is under 21.
Can you drive our bachelor party from LA to Las Vegas?
Yes. Up to six guests ride one-way at a fixed price in a Business SUV or First Class car, from your door in Los Angeles or Orange County to your hotel. Groups of seven to twelve take the Sprinter by the hour. The drive is about four hours on the I-15, and leaving before Friday afternoon traffic saves time.
Where does the driver wait during a bar crawl?
Close by. During an hourly booking the chauffeur parks near each stop instead of idling at the door, and you text when the group is ready to move. The car stays with your party the whole time, so jackets and shopping bags can stay inside.
How many hours should we book for a bachelorette night in West Hollywood?
Four hours is a comfortable start for dinner plus two or three bars on Santa Monica Boulevard or the Sunset Strip. If you also want a pre-party pickup and drop-offs at different addresses, book six. Hourly bookings start at 2 hours, or 3 for the Sprinter.
What if the party is postponed or our plans change?
Cancel 24 or more hours before pickup and you pay nothing. Closer in, the fee is 25% of the fare at 12–24 hours, 50% at 6–12 hours, and the full fare under 6 hours or for a no-show. The fare is charged in full at booking, so the cost is settled before the party.
Can you pick up guests from different hotels or rentals?
Yes, add each address as a stop in the order you want. Every pickup counts toward your booked hours, so meeting at one place is usually quicker. If your rental is on a narrow street in the hills, tell us: an SUV fits tight roads better than the Sprinter.
