Can I request a specific car model?
You book a class, and we assign one of the models in that class or a similar one. If a specific model matters, such as an Escalade for a wedding, add a note when you book and we will try to match it. The class and the price stay the same.
How many passengers and bags fit in each car?
Business Class sedans seat up to 3 passengers with about 3 suitcases. A Business SUV seats up to 6 with room for about 6 suitcases. First Class seats up to 6 in a Cadillac Escalade (a Mercedes S-Class seats 3). A Sprinter van seats up to 12.
What is the difference between Business SUV and First Class?
Business SUV is a Chevrolet Suburban or similar: roomy and practical for families and luggage. First Class is a Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes S-Class or similar, with a more premium finish for VIP arrivals, weddings and events.
Do you have electric cars?
Yes. The fleet includes the all-electric BMW i5 sedan and Kia EV9 SUV. They are assigned within their class when available; add a note when you book if you prefer an electric car.
Can I rent a Sprinter van with a driver?
Yes. Sprinter vans seat up to 12 and are booked by the hour with a 3-hour minimum, which suits concerts, wine country, bachelor and bachelorette parties and group airport runs. The hourly rate is shown before you book.
Are your cars and chauffeurs licensed?
LA Limo Services operates under California PUC charter-party carrier permit TCP0049714-B. Chauffeurs are background-checked professionals who know Los Angeles and Orange County traffic.
What is included in the car?
Every car has bottled water, phone chargers and climate control set before pickup. Vehicles are detailed daily, and the chauffeur is on site 15 minutes before your pickup time.
