Concerts by the hour
Count the drive both ways plus the show. A theater or arena close to home fits in 3 or 4 hours; a stadium show in Inglewood or Pasadena, or dinner first, usually needs 5.

The big LA concert venues
What the traffic is like around each one, and how to plan for it.
Hollywood Bowl
In the Cahuenga Pass, off Highland Avenue and the 101. Highland backs up before and after big shows and the Bowl’s lots are slow to empty, so a car waiting nearby saves the longest part of the night.
Greek Theatre
Up in Griffith Park above Los Feliz, reached by narrow park roads. Leave extra time on the way in, and expect traffic down the hill to move slowly once the show lets out.
SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater
Side by side at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, about 3 miles from LAX. A stadium show puts tens of thousands of people onto Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard at once, so settle the meeting spot before you go in.
Kia Forum
On Manchester Boulevard in Inglewood, a few blocks from SoFi and the Intuit Dome. When more than one of them has an event the same night, the streets around all three fill quickly.
Crypto.com Arena and Peacock Theater
At L.A. Live in Downtown LA, beside the 110 and the 10. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner before the show, and with a car you skip the garage exit line afterward.
Rose Bowl
In the Arroyo Seco in Pasadena, where stadium concerts and festivals send big crowds through a handful of neighborhood roads. Expect slow traffic both ways and plan to meet a little away from the busiest exits.

Concert night, step by step
- 1
Time the pickup to the doors
Aim to arrive when doors open or during the opener, not at the headliner’s start time. The closer it gets to the main set, the slower the last mile into the venue.
- 2
Drop-off as close as traffic allows
Your chauffeur gets you as near the entrance as event traffic control permits that night and tells you where the car will be afterward.
- 3
Stay for the encore
The chauffeur waits nearby for the whole show. With an hourly booking there’s no reason to leave early to beat the crowd.
- 4
Walk a block, then text
When the lights come up, text your chauffeur. Walking a short way from the main exit usually gets you moving sooner than standing at the gate.
Choosing a car for the show
For two or three people, Business Class (a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar) is plenty. Four to six friends fit a Business SUV such as a Chevrolet Suburban, or a First Class Cadillac Escalade if it’s a special night. A group of up to 12 can stay together in the Sprinter van, which is booked for at least 3 hours.
Stadium shows at SoFi, the Rose Bowl or Dodger Stadium let out huge crowds at once, and rideshare pickup areas fill up fast. A booked car means a fixed price set before you pay and no searching the crowd for a license plate at midnight.

Concerts questions
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp or call (213) 376-1699.
How early should we leave for a Hollywood Bowl concert?
Plan to reach the Bowl at least an hour before showtime, more if you want to picnic first. Traffic on Highland Avenue and the 101 builds steadily in the last hour, and the walk uphill from the street to your seats takes time too.
Where do we meet the car after a SoFi Stadium concert?
Your chauffeur tells you the meeting spot at drop-off, picked to avoid the worst of the crowd and the event traffic control around Hollywood Park. Expect a walk of several minutes; it’s usually faster than waiting for a car to reach the stadium.
Does the driver stay during the concert or come back later?
With an hourly booking the chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show, so there’s no second pickup to arrange. If you’d rather book one-way rides there and back, make two bookings and set the return about 30 minutes after the expected end.
Can you drive us to a Crypto.com Arena concert from Orange County?
Yes. Pickups run anywhere in Orange County as well as Los Angeles. From Irvine or Newport Beach the drive to Downtown LA can take an hour or more in evening traffic, so leave enough time on the 5 or the 405 before doors.
How many hours do I need for a concert at the Kia Forum?
Coming from the Westside, Hollywood or Downtown, 4 hours usually covers the drive in, the opener, the headliner and the ride home. Add an hour if you want dinner first or live farther out, in the Valley or Orange County.
What if the show runs late or the band plays a long encore?
When you book, add 30 to 45 minutes past the expected end time. That cushion covers a long set and the slow walk out, so the ride home still fits inside your booked hours.
Can we stop for dinner before the concert?
Yes. An hourly booking can include as many stops as you like, for example dinner near L.A. Live before Crypto.com Arena or in Los Feliz before the Greek Theatre. The chauffeur waits nearby while you eat, then drives you on to the venue.
Is the Greek Theatre hard to get to by car?
It sits on narrow roads inside Griffith Park, so traffic moves slowly before and after shows. With a chauffeur you don’t have to deal with parking, and the car meets you at an agreed spot nearby once you’re out.
