How do I change or cancel a ride?
Message or call us with your booking details. Cancellations 24 hours or more before pickup are refunded in full; 12–24 hours before costs 25% of the fare, 6–12 hours costs 50%, and under 6 hours or a no-show is charged in full.
How do I reach my chauffeur on the day?
Before pickup you receive your chauffeur’s name and phone number by text. For airport pickups the chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you with a name sign.
How do I set up a corporate account?
Use the account request form on the Business page or choose “Corporate account” in the form below. Corporate accounts get one monthly invoice for every ride.
