Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARMEN AND SON, LLC, d/b/a LA Limo Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website (lalimo.services) and limousine/chauffeur transportation services in Los Angeles, California.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Description

LA Limo Services provides luxury ground transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers (LAX, Burbank, Ontario, Long Beach, Van Nuys)
• Point-to-point transportation
• Hourly charter services
• Wedding transportation
• Corporate transportation
• Special event transportation (proms, concerts, sporting events)
• Long-distance trips (Las Vegas, wine country)

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (email or text) from us with a confirmation number.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information including pickup/drop-off addresses, flight numbers (for airport transfers), passenger count, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect information.

2.3 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless prior written arrangements are made.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Rates

All rates quoted are estimates based on information provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary based on actual service time, distance, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes and fees.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and approved corporate accounts. Payment is processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

3.3 Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in quoted rates unless otherwise specified. Industry standard is 18-20% of the base fare.

3.4 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for: waiting time beyond included grace periods, additional stops, after-hours service (10 PM - 6 AM), tolls, airport fees, parking fees, and cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellations

4.2 Special Event Cancellations

For weddings, proms, and large group bookings, cancellation policies may differ and will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable for special events.

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Passenger Conduct

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances in any vehicle
• No consumption of alcohol by passengers under 21 years of age
• No disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward drivers or other passengers
• No damage to vehicles or property
• Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times
• Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential charges for damages.

6. Liability and Damages

6.1 Vehicle Damage

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or members of your party. This includes but is not limited to: stains, burns, tears, excessive dirt, and physical damage. Cleaning fees start at $150 and damage charges will be assessed based on repair costs.

6.2 Lost Property

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property. A recovery fee of $25 may apply.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, LA LIMO SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE AT ISSUE.

7. Service Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Road construction or closures
• Accidents (not involving our vehicle)
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or emergencies
• Government actions or restrictions
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Insurance

All LA Limo Services vehicles are fully insured and meet or exceed California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) TCP requirements for commercial transportation. Our drivers are licensed, insured, and undergo background checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LA Limo Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our customer service team.

10.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under California law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and LA Limo Services regarding your use of our services.

14. LA Limo Services text messages: terms

LA Limo Services sends text messages to customers who ask for them, about their own request: replies, appointments, estimates, invoices and service updates.

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that texted you. We will send one message to confirm, and you will get no more texts from us unless you sign up again.
